The focus of the eco-sustainable mobility in the town is on the automatic light Metro – a modern and cutting-edge infrastructure that joins and connects the northern and the south-east neighborhoods of the town passing through the old town center and the railway station. The Metro of Brescia is a comfortable and fast means of transport to discover and enjoy the town with its 17 smart, cozy, comfortable, bright, accessible and safe stations even for the disabled people.
Around the Metro and in synergy with it, all mobility services offered by Brescia Mobilità Group are available: buses, BiciMia bike sharing service, car parks (outdoor and indoor parking lots) and AutoMia car sharing service. 16 bus lines connecting the whole area of Brescia and 14 surrounding municipalities, about 500 bikes distributed in 70 BiciMia docking stations, 5.000 parking lots in outdoor car parks and 10.000 parking lots in 19 underground and surface parks of the town, 4 free interchange parks: these are the numbers of a transport system which covers the whole town and its places and which allows you to reach your destinations in an effective, comfortable and practical way.
